Terms & Conditions for Global Access

Nature of Services

Anchorage Technologies Private Limited (“ATPL”), a wholly owned subsidiary of CASE Platforms Private Limited, provides you access to discover, track, & transact in global securities (“Global Access”) through its Digital Platforms (i.e., web and mobile applications owned and operated by either ATPL, its group companies,agents or partners). 

ATPL acts as a referrer to ViewTrade International IFSC Pvt Ltd (“VTI IFSC”), a licensed broker-dealer and Global Access Provider in GIFT City IFSC (IFSCA Registration Number: IFSC/BD/2024-25/0003), to facilitate account opening & transactions in global securities. 

Further, ATPL  has engaged Glomopay Software Private Limited (“Glomopay”), as its technology services provider and refers users to Glomopay for outward remittance services (through its authorised and regulated partners) enabling you to remit money under Liberalised Remittance Scheme and in compliance with applicable foreign exchange norms.  

ATPL does not handle your funds, and does not execute or clear transactions in relation to Global Access. 

ATPL receives a share of the brokerage fee charged to you on US securities transactions through VTI IFSC. Please review the Tariff Sheet before proceeding. 

Confirmations

You confirm and agree to:

  • Your birth country is India
  • You are a citizen of India
  • You are not a US Citizen
  • You are not a politically exposed person
  • You are a tax resident of India and not a resident of any other country
  • You are not liable to pay taxes in any other country
  • You have not had actions taken or proceedings initiated against you in the past 3 years
  • You certify that the beneficial owner is resident of the country of India (only applicable to non-individuals)
  • You are not legally required to obtain a foreign Taxpayer Identification Number in your country
  • No special rates and conditions apply to you
  • You or any member of your immediate family not belonging to any of the below categories:
    • Affiliated or work with a US registered broker-dealer or FINRA
    • Senior executive at or a 10% or greater shareholder of a publicly traded company
    • A senior political figure
    • A family member or relative of a senior political figure

Disclosures, Forms and Policies

By proceeding, you confirm that you have read and understood the following disclosures and forms, and you hereby accept that you shall comply with its terms at all times:

  • Risk Disclosure Statement – This document outlines key risks and advantages of investing in global capital markets through VTI IFSC
  • Trade Handling Disclosure – This document explains how VTI IFSC executes orders, handles trades, and processes fractional trading
  • FATCA/CRS Declaration Form – This form certifies foreign tax status for compliance with US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and Common Reporting Standard.
  • W8 Ben Form – This IRS form certifies foreign status for US tax withholding and reporting for individuals.

VTI IFSC Customer Account Agreement

This agreement governs the relationship between you and VTI IFSC and you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Consent for Trade Execution, Fund Instructions and Data Sharing 

This document  authorises ATPL and its duly authorised representatives to submit trade and funds-related instructions to VTI IFSC on your behalf, consents to VTI IFSC executing such instructions, and governs the sharing of your account information between ATPL, VTI IFSC and authorised third-party service providers. 

Digital Platform Terms and Conditions

You have read, understood and agree to comply with Terms and Conditions of the Digital Platform through which you are accessing Global Access.
