The Sincere Syndication team uses unique and at the same time, time-tested methods to discover stock ideas before the world discovers it. In-depth on-the-ground research is followed by management meetings, finally leading to shortlisting of the best of opportunities.

This means that there is a large enough number of shares trading on a regular basis, so that we can easily buy and sell our shares without having to significantly impact the price.</li><li>Promoter pledge:&nbsp;We remove stocks from our universe of investable stocks if the promoters have pledged a significant amount of their shares. We believe a high promoter pledge can be a sign of financial distress, and it can also make it more difficult for the company to raise capital in the future.</li><li>Theme fit:&nbsp;We check all stocks in our investable universe to ensure that they fit our investment theme. We believe that the stocks should be in sectors that we believe are undergoing structural change and that have the potential for significant growth levers.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Conviction levels:&nbsp;We assign higher weights to stocks that we have a high conviction in, meaning that we believe they have the potential to grow significantly in the future. We base our conviction on factors such as the company's management team, its product or service offerings, and its competitive landscape.</li><li>Relative valuations:&nbsp;We assign&nbsp;weights to stocks based on the current valuations of the stock, relative to their historical valuations. For those stocks, whose current relative valuations are lower, more could be our exposure to the stock.</li><li>Corporate governance:&nbsp;We assign higher weights to stocks that have a good corporate governance record. We believe in companies that have strong board of directors, an independent audit committee, and a history of transparency and accountability.</li><li>Liquidity:&nbsp;We prefer stocks that have good liquidity. This enables buying and selling without having to significantly impact on the price.</li></ul>
