Adani Power Ltd. was founded on Auguest 22, 1996 is an Indian power and energy company.

The Adani Power Limited manages 9,240 MW of thermal power capacity through its subsidiaries, including 4,620 MW of APMuL's plant in Gujarat's Mundra, 3,300 MW of AML's plant in Maharashtra's Tiroda, and 1,320 MW of APRL's plant in Rajasthan's Kawai. The company also owns three thermal power facilities with a combined capacity of about 3,170 MW, including a 1,200 MW plant owned by UPCL in Udupi, Karnataka, a 1,370 MW plant owned by REL in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and a 600 MW plant owned by REL in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The companies that make up its subsidiaries include Adani Power (Mundra) Limited, Adani Power Maharashtra Limited, Adani Power Rajasthan Limited, Udupi Power Corporation Limited, and Raipur Energen Limited.

The company's top management includes Gautam Adani, Rajesh Adani, Anil Sardana, Mukesh Shah, and Sushil Kumar Roongta.
