We create portfolios with stocks that has been showing great momentum as well as great fundamentals. The portfolio usually consists of 15 -20 stocks that gets cycled from time to time based on the trend getting exhausted. We follow a principle called as momentum investing. Momentum investing is a trading strategy in which investors buy securities that are rising and sell them when they look to have peaked. The goal is to work with volatility by finding buying opportunities in short-term uptrends and then sell when the securities start to lose momentum.

&nbsp;investable universe is derived from the Nifty 250 index, focusing primarily on midcap stocks. These offer an optimal balance between momentum-driven growth potential and sufficient liquidity for efficient swing trading execution.

This portfolio employs a momentum swing trading strategy guided by a mix of:<ul><li>Yearly and all-time high breakouts</li><li>Rangebound breakout patterns</li><li>Technical analysis for entry/exit triggers</li><li>Seasonality analysis to align entries with historically strong performance windows</li><li>Fundamental screening to filter out low-quality stocks and improve risk-reward</li></ul>The system dynamically reacts to trend exhaustion signals, exit triggers, or stop-loss breaches, and remains agile during volatile phases through built-in hedges.

Each stock is evaluated using the following criteria:<ul><li>Momentum score based on breakout strength</li><li>Relative performance within its sector</li><li>Price action patterns (swing setups, channel breakouts, etc.)</li><li>Seasonality alignment (historical month/quarter performance)</li><li>Fundamental filters: profitability ratios, earnings trends, and debt profile</li></ul>Only stocks that clear both technical and fundamental benchmarks are considered.
