iShares Core S&P 500 ETF

Primary Benchmark: S&P 500 Index The S&P 500 provides the most relevant benchmark because the portfolio's core exposure will consist of established US mega-cap and large-cap businesses. Equity Universe: The primary stock universe consists of:

US Mega-Cap Equities

US Large-Cap Equities

Companies are evaluated across sectors rather than restricting the basket to technology or any single theme. ETF Universe:The portfolio may additionally use:

S&P 500 / broad US index ETFs

Country ETFs

Regional ETFs

Select thematic ETFs where appropriate

The United States is expected to remain the portfolio's dominant geography, while ETFs provide selective exposure to markets such as the UK, Canada, Europe, Japan and other developed economies when opportunities arise.

Global Atlas combines two primary styles of equity investing. 1)Momentum: A meaningful portion of the portfolio seeks businesses displaying strong market leadership. The objective is to participate in established trends rather than continuously trying to predict which company or sector will outperform next. We evaluate factors such as:

Relative price strength

Trend quality

Earnings momentum

Institutional participation

Fundamental confirmation

2)Compounding Alongside momentum positions, the portfolio can own businesses capable of creating value across much longer periods. We look for companies displaying characteristics such as:

Sustainable earnings growth

Strong free cash-flow generation

Competitive advantages

Scalable business models

Healthy balance sheets

High capital efficiency

The combination allows the portfolio to participate in current market leadership without abandoning long-term business quality.

Global Atlas follows a biweekly review and rebalancing framework. Global markets can change quickly, particularly when momentum leadership shifts. A biweekly process allows the portfolio to respond faster than a traditional quarterly strategy while avoiding unnecessary day-to-day trading. During a review, we may:

Replace stocks where momentum has materially weakened

Add emerging market leaders

Adjust position weights

Reduce excessive concentration

Rotate between sectors

Modify ETF exposure

Increase or decrease overall market exposure depending on conditions

Rebalancing does not mean that every position changes every two weeks. High-quality compounders can remain in the portfolio for extended periods where the underlying investment thesis continues to hold.

It is designed as a dynamic weight strategy across chosen stocks. However, in certain market scenarios, allocations dynamically shift into different geographies cash and gold. This disciplined adjustment ensures risk mitigation during volatility as high momentum stocks can have higher drawdowns. The goal is to balance momentum investing with prudent risk management.
