Caprize Earnings Momentum Portfolio is a strategy designed to profit from key market or company specific trends based on quarterly earnings. These trends usually last for 2-4 quarters. Earnings momentum typically coincides with accelerating revenues and expanding margins there by providing significant operating leverage to earnings and other key financial ratios. Once we identify and buy companies with significant growth momentum, we prefer to wait till market re-rates the valuation in line with growth and operating leverage.
