Under fundamental analysis qualitative and quantitative analysis is undertaken.</li><li>Stock identification in specific sector is based on following parameters like Company Interaction (IPO Meet, Analyst Meets, and Conference Calls) and Sell side Analyst Interaction.</li><li>The idea is to look at a company with lower leverage and strong operating cash flows.</li></ul>

Following parameters are considered while assigning weights to stocks in these smallcases<ul><li>Market capitalization</li><li>Management quality and vision</li><li>Theme exposure, revenues and earnings visibility</li></ul>

This smallcase has a yearly rebalance schedule. Once every year, the research team reviews this smallcase and realign the weights with the selected asset allocation strategy for the next year.

The final screened stocks are then weighted according to the selected asset allocation algorithm
