The focus is on selecting companies with strong growth potential, innovation-led business models, and relevance to future megatrends. We place particular emphasis on agile, smaller firms that demonstrate scalability and leadership in high-growth sectors such as electric mobility, biotech, fintech, e-commerce, and digital transformation. These companies are often early movers or niche leaders within their industries, with the ability to deliver long-term value. Each stock is evaluated on parameters such as:•	Innovation capability and sector leadership•	Financial strength and earnings visibility•	Scalability of business models•	Alignment with long-term economic and technological trendsWe deliberately avoid highly illiquid small caps to ensure smooth portfolio management and investor accessibility. This systematic screening process ensures a well-diversified, high-conviction portfolio that aligns with our goal of capturing the next wave of economic growth, while targeting outperformance over the benchmark through thoughtful selection and disciplined allocation.

The MMG Vision 2028 smallcase follows a dynamic and flexible weighting strategy designed to adapt to market cycles and future innovation trends. As a flexi-cap strategy, it includes a concentrated selection of 12–15 high-conviction stocks across sectors and market capitalizations.Stock weights are not equally distributed—instead, allocations are based on a blend of key factors such as:•	Market potential•	Growth trajectory•	Sector leadership and innovation strengthHigher weight is given to companies with strong fundamentals, scalable business models, and clear alignment with long-term megatrends. Stocks with higher valuations but strong growth visibility may be given moderate weights to balance risk and return, while early-stage or turnaround stories are included with lower allocations to manage volatility. The portfolio is rebalanced regularly to reflect new opportunities and reduce exposure to underperformers. This ensures the portfolio remains forward-looking and resilient, while staying aligned with the evolving landscape of disruptive innovation and technological transformation.
