The portfolio allocation&nbsp;can depend&nbsp;on the degree of undervaluation. Securities that have higher discount to intrinsic value&nbsp;can be&nbsp;given higher weightage and vice versa. Securities with similar discount to intrinsic value are, typically, given roughly equal weightages.
