We further screen ETFs to meet a minimum traded volume requirement. Also, if there are multiple ETFs for a similar sector or factor universe, we pick the one with the highest traded volume and lowest expense ratio.

The weighting is based on asset allocation, and for each asset class, we diversify based on the diversification benefits that each ETF provides in order to balance return objective and risks.

This smallcase has a yearly rebalance schedule. Once every year, the research team reviews this smallcase and realign the weights with the selected asset allocation strategy for the next year
