The Wisdom Equal Portfolio 

All publicly traded companies on the National Stock Exchange of India are included in the universe.

We will be using both Value-Based Investment Strategies and Momentum-Based Investment Strategies while selecting the two stocks in the model portfolio. The technical parameters for Value Selection are comparing the Price-to-Earnings (P/E) Ratio, Price-to-Book (P/B) Ratio, Dividend Yield etc. of the companies to industries and peers signaling potential undervaluation. For Entry Triggers we follow technical parameters like (but not restricted to) Pattern breakouts, Relative Strength Index, Money Flow Index, Daryl Guppy MMA and Fibonacci Retracements. For Exit Triggers we will look for Resistance Breaks and Divergence in Momentum. The technical parameters for Momentum Selection involve focusing stocks with strong upward momentum and trend continuation potential. The Technical parameters involved would be Relative Strength Indicator (RSI), Moving Averages, Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD). For Entry Triggers we will look for Pattern breakouts, Positive Moving Average Crossovers and Momentum Indicators such as higher volume and rising RSI etc. For exit triggers we will look for Loss of Momentum for eg. Exit if momentum indicators (e.g., MACD, RSI) begin to weaken, or when the stock shows signs of reversal patterns (e.g., head and shoulders patterns etc. ) We would also look for Overbought Conditions and Negative Divergence.

The research team does individual stock picking after applying technical parameters like (but not restricted to) Pattern breakouts, Relative Strength Index, Money Flow Index, Daryl Guppy MMA and Fibonacci Retracements. They also check the financial health, Valuation as compared to peers, Future growth prospects, past performance, Dividend History before finally selecting the stocks.

Equal weights for the 10-15 stocks.

This smallcase has a monthly rebalance schedule. Once every month, the research team reviews this smallcase and realign the weights with the selected asset allocation strategy for the next month
