<ul><li>N50 Index ETF represents Equity. as an Asset Class. A suitable ETF that represents N50 is part of the portfolio </li></ul> <ul><li>Gold ETF represents Gold as as Asset class.</li><li> </li><li>A suitable Bond ETF that represents Liquid Bond Funds is also a part of this portfolio</li><li> </li><li>REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) is a new asset class that is developing in India. Accordingly, some of the listed REITs may also form part of this portfolio in an opportunistic fashion.</li></ul>

<ul><li>The ETF specified in Section A (namely, N50 in ETF form, GOLD ETFs, Liquid Fund ETFs and REITs) are selected for further analysis based on their past financial past performance / Price / Returns performance and a host of other qualitative and quantitative parameters.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Some of key parameters for stock screening include ROCE, Earnings growth potential, PE multiples, Value Vs Growth conundrum, Past performance of the underlying business that constitute the Index ETF / REIT etc., are also evaluated (where applicable), for their investment attractiveness, alongside advances /retracements etc.</li></ul>

Weighting of N50 ETFS is based on future earnings potential of underlying businesses of the constituent stocks that are prt of the Index ETF, their past earnings growth record, trends in ROCE , Current Valuation parameters such current PEs, Current market cap, Current Sales etc,., and a wholistic view is taken on the weightages of various asset classes in question. Weighting scheme would also vary based on market conditions -higher weightage to Equity Index ETFs in a bull-phase scenario and lower weightage for the same in a bear phase / correction scenario. Liquid Fund ETFs / Gold ETFs are used as balancers from time to time, to capitalize on market opportunities from time to time.
