Visakhapatnam: The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) is on a winning streak as it secures another significant government order, this time from the Visakhapatnam Port Authority. The government-owned construction firm has been entrusted with an INR 80-crore project to renovate and refurbish office buildings located within the Visakhapatnam Port premises.

This new order adds to NBCC’s already impressive portfolio of government projects. It’s a testament to the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality construction and renovation services. The renovation and refurbishment work at the Visakhapatnam Port is expected to modernize and revamp the office buildings, providing an enhanced working environment for the Port Authority.

NBCC has established itself as a trusted name in the construction and project management space, particularly for government projects. Its commitment to quality and timely delivery has contributed to its continued success in securing government contracts.

Recently, NBCC also secured a separate order worth INR 25.19 crore for the construction of a permanent building at the Ali Yavar Jung National Institute of Speech and Hearing Disabilities (Divyangjan) in Mumbai. The project involves the development of a new composite regional center in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, as part of the institute’s expansion plans.

NBCC’s growing portfolio of government projects reflects the company’s dedication to nation-building and its expertise in managing and executing complex construction projects. As the company takes on these new challenges, it solidifies its reputation as a key player in the construction and infrastructure development sector in India.

NBCC’s share price reflected this success, reaching a 52-week high of INR 65.35, marking the market’s confidence in the company’s capabilities. As it continues to take on diverse projects across the country, NBCC’s future looks promising, with a strong commitment to quality and excellence in every endeavor.
