You may not be able to fetch or pledge your mutual fund holdings from KFin, CAMS or MF Central when You may not be able to fetch or pledge your mutual fund holdings from KFin, CAMS or MF Central when your KYC or FATCA details are incomplete, not verified, or not updated with the relevant RTA or KRA.

If your status is “KYC Registered”, “Unregistered”, “On-hold”, you may need to complete or update your KYC and get it validated.

- KYC On-hold → Your KYC has been received but validation could not be completed, usually because some information needs correction, clarification, or additional verification
- KYC Unregistered → The KRA does not have a valid KYC record for you, or your KYC details have not been registered with the KRA
Check your KYC status and follow the instruction to get it validated with at least one of them:

- Karvy KRA – KYC Status
- KFin KRA – KYC Status
- CAMS KRA – KYC Status

3. Try again after updating your details
Once your KYC is validated and/or FATCA declaration is completed and verified, please try fetching or pledging your mutual fund holdings again.
