Performance Update

The first day of FY 23 was greeted with a warm welcome with markets climbing up between (+1.3%) & (+1.9%). The recent week witnessed some strong upwards trends on the back of a 4 day buying streak from the FIIs. Nifty 50 & Smallcap 250 performed the best this week with close to (+3%) gains. BANKS were at the center of focus with around (+5%) gains across PSU & PVT BANKS. REALTY has been on an extraordinary rise as well clocking (+5.66%) in the last one week & a massive (+10%) in the last 30 days. Strong trends helped all our strategies finish the FY 22 quite well. Mi 30 led the charge with almost (+6%). Both Smallcap strategies Mi 25 & Mi 35 did superbly well with around (+4%) gains. Overall FY 22 was immensely good & we were extremely happy to see several users sharing their success journeys through testimonials. Let’s hope markets bless us with good up trends in FY 23 as well.

With patience and grit to follow strategy over ups and downs over the last nearly five years it has been shown that much superior CAGR returns are possible than the benchmarks.

Rebalance Update

We give an advance notice here on the upcoming changes in your smallcase for Monday . This advance notice can be used to ignore Monday update if there is no change. If there is a change indicated you can use the smallcase app or login to weekendinvesting.smallcase.com to see the rebalance. A back up email is sent by mid day Monday if you have not rebalanced by then and yet another one a day later.

Note : We are not including LIQUIDBEES as an ADD or an EXIT count.
